Please do not ship items back to CES&R without prior approval from our Customer Service Department.
- CES&R will accept returns or exchanges up to 60 days after receipt of your order. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items.
- You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply contact us.
- What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
- What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 60 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for return.
- Any product returned without prior authorization or outside the CES&R return/exchange process may experience a delay in refund. Also, you assume liability for any lost product.

- A refund is initiated once we receive your return. CES&R will reimburse purchase price, less fee for shipping.
- Original shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.
- If an item being returned was part of a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received. If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll get you a replacement of the same or similar product.
- If you received a product that and you’d like to exchange it for something else, our representatives will be glad to assist you.
- Your exchange order is initiated once we receive your return.
